Donor Privacy Policy

Circle Health Services (formerly The Free Clinic) is in Ohio nonprofit agency committed to providing quality medical care and related services free of charge to individuals who lack appropriate alternatives, and to advocating for policy changes that make health care available to all.  All donations received on behalf of Circle Health Services shall be used to further this mission.

“Personal Information” is information that identifies you individually, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.  Other than as indicated below, any personal information supplied to Circle Health Services by donors shall be used solely to fulfill their donation and shall not be shared for any reason unless appropriate permission is granted by the donor, or unless otherwise required by law.  All requests to remain anonymous shall be honored.

Circle Health Services does not sell or share donor lists. Donors who supply Circle Health Services with their personal information may be contacted periodically for solicitation purposes and/or with information regarding upcoming events.  However, all donors have the option of being permanently removed from our mailing lists, or to have our contact with them limited as practicable.

To publicly recognize and thank donors for their generosity, Circle Health Services publishes an annual report that includes a list of donors’ names in qualifying annual giving levels. Any donor wishing to remain anonymous in the annual report should notify Circle Health Services at the time of the gift.

We reserve the right to change this Donor Privacy Policy from time to time.  When we do, we will note the last update at the bottom of the Policy.
