After Hours Care
Our regular business hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays. If you are contacting us to schedule an appointment, please call on the next regular business day when our phone lines are open, starting at 9 a.m. Depending on the nature of your health care need, you may be able to schedule a same day appointment. If you are calling about a medication refill, please call (216) 707-3545. If you are an established Circle Health Services patient and have an urgent clinical concern that cannot wait until the clinic is open again, please call the after-hours answering service at 216-707-3510.
